Estate plans that protect your family.
A trial attorney who protects everything else
Lebanon, Ohio — Serving Southwest Ohio
Hoffer Law builds wills, trusts, and probate plans designed around your family and brings courtroom experience to the business disputes and civil cases that demand it.
What we handle
Hoffer Law represents individuals, families, and businesses in three core areas. Every client works directly with an attorney who takes the time to understand what is actually at stake.
Estate Planning & Probate
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and transfer on death deeds — built around your family's actual situation, not a template. If a loved one has passed with or without a plan in place, Hoffer Law handles probate administration and inheritance matters in Warren County and throughout southwest Ohio.
Learn moreCorporate & Small Business
From forming your first LLC to managing contracts for an established company, Hoffer Law works with businesses at every stage. We handle incorporation, operating agreements, lease agreements, non-competes, purchase and sale agreements, and ongoing compliance — so the legal structure keeps up with the business.
Learn moreCivil Litigation
When a dispute goes beyond negotiation, Hoffer Law takes it to court. Tyler has tried cases to verdict and won large judgment awards across contract, real estate, business, employment, construction, and negligence disputes. We handle cases from filing through trial and appeal.
Learn moreTyler Hoffer
Tyler is a father, a husband, and an attorney who built his practice around the same thing his clients care about most — making sure their family is taken care of.
That is not an abstract idea for him. He lives it. He knows what it means to look at the people around your dinner table and want to make sure they are protected — not someday, not in theory, but in a way that is written down, legally sound, and ready if it is ever needed. That understanding is behind every trust and estate plan he puts together.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he received the Dean's Scholarship for academic Merit and the CALI Award in Business Law. Before launching his own practice, he clerked at a Cincinnati law firm and served the Greene County Prosecutor's Office. He founded Hoffer Law, LLC nearly a decade ago and has since tried cases to verdict, won large judgment awards, and argued before the Ohio Supreme Court.
That courtroom experience is not separate from his estate planning work — it informs it. Tyler builds trusts and estate plans with the eye of an attorney who knows what gets challenged, what holds up, and what falls apart. When a dispute does arise, he does not refer you to someone else. He handles it himself.
